A series of events has been taking place with the demolishons of the Napoleonic busts in the streets of London. Deep investigation finds it as the action of a Lunatic who shows hatred towards Napoleon. But sooner, further mishaps took place that proved the deduction so far as wrong. Not only the destruction of a bust took place but also a murder!
This calls in Sherlock Holmes to the investigation. Fine research and deep studies reveals the ‘in- depth’ aim of the breaking down of busts. The places of burglary and the connections made has revealed that there is a hidden truth that stays in the burglary.
Beppo, the madman and lunatic was captured for the criminal act done. The confession made by Beppo and investigations made by Lestrade and Holmes reveals the reason behind the burglary. But the reason was not the hatred of Napoleon! It was the black pearl of Borgias!
