A serious case that busied Sherlock Holmes has been put to a halt because he has met with another interesting case to be solved sooner- the case of the three students!

Hilton Soames, the professor who had left his examination papers on the table finds himself in a dangerous position where the reputation of the university might get spoilt. Unable to reach a decision, he approaches Sherlock Holmes and gives out all the clues found until then. Only with unimportant clues in front, Holmes decides to investigate the university where he starts getting his suspicions. Three students, Miles, Daulat and Gilchrist, resided there in the place of the incident. As suspicions lay upon them, the case also meets a different path which suspects the personal assistant of Soames, Bannister. With evident clues tangling in mind, Holmes is under an adventure to solve the mystery- the adventure of the three students…
