Finally! I have neared the end of volume one of the intriguing series of Sherlock Holmes. The adventure of the three missing quarter is a completely different adventure that Sherlock Holmes has had among all the others till now( that’s what I feel)

The story starts with a message sent from Cyril Overton about a missing athlete, Godfrey, who has to attend an event sooner. The sudden disappearance of Godfrey has shocked the whole sports association and the case, been handed over to Sherlock Holmes.

As he starts interrogating Overton and other people, he meets a peculiar person who reminded him of Moriarty, his arch enemy.

The person, Dr. Leslie Armstrong, was indeed peculiar as he didn’t answer any of Holmes’ questions but had warned him not to follow him.

These peculiar incidents and investigations lead Holmes tp finding out Godfrey- The missing three-quarter…

As he searches around cities having an adventure, he finds a strange incident that had happened in a cottage…
